“The place is old, but not an issue. But the sheets weren't really clean and found a pubic hairs on my pillow. I slept in my day clothes. The facilities had free parking. I parked and asked reception during check in if that's the right place to park and they advice me yes. After return home from my business trip, I get a parking ticket from the hotel. I provided my receipts and prove I actually stayed there but yet they still insist to charge me with debt collection. Two night stay was……

“The staff were amazing. We were desperate for a hotel with parking facilities, as we’d been let down by the Holiday Inn Express. The lady on the desk, reassured us, and got us checked in straight away. It turned our day around. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good value and catered for us as vegans. We’ve stayed here in the past and after this visit, we’ll never stay anywhere else in Stevenage.”

“Helpful staff, lovely restaurant and bar area with great choice on menu and tasty food. Clean room, quite compact, well equipped. Good car parking space. Would recommend as an ideal for basic accommodation close to the airport. There’s no lifts so carrying luggage to the rooms upstairs can be a problem. There’s areas around the accommodation can do with some painting and updating. Overall good.”

“I booked two rooms, but the staff could arrange two adjacent rooms for me. One was at 1/F, one at G/F. It sounded non-professioinal service when they did not consider such factors. Totally disappointed.”

“This apartment is well located to facilities, offering secure parking on site. While there was considerable traffic noise at peak times, the noise abated during the night and the bed was very comfortable. The host is very helpful, kind and informative.”
